Jacqueline McDonough (she/her) is an accomplished leader with over 15 years of dedicated experience in education and nonprofit management. She has been an influential force in shaping the educational landscape since earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from American University and an M.Ed. from Chestnut Hill College.

Mrs. McDonough’s extensive career includes serving as a classroom teacher and instructional coach in the public elementary schools of Philadelphia and Washington, DC, where she passionately empowered students and educators to find their voice and confidence.

In 2023, she stepped into the role of Camp Jamison’s Executive Director full time. With more than 15 years of commitment to this nonprofit venture, she has created a transformative summer camp experience. Established in 2010, Camp Jamison is a testament to her vision for inclusivity, peace-building, and accessibility for all. Under her guidance, the camp has become a beacon of unity, providing diverse children from the Philadelphia area with opportunities to learn, grow, and create lasting memories.
